Edificar Propiedades was created in Valencia in the year 2006 with the aim of providing the best services and exploiting the clients’ investments in the real estate market. We are aware of the financial changes in Spain and the progressive and ever-growing internationalization of said market, which is why we offer our renting and sale services both on a local and international level, with our base being set in Valencia. We offer solutions to make sure our clients are fully satisfied with our work, providing additional services to the process of the purchase-sale of the properties. Thanks to our members, Edificar Propiedades has become a reference in the real estate market in the Valencian community.
